UnitVerse does not require account creation for basic functionality. However, for premium features or data synchronization, you may need to create an account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to misuse the UnitVerse Services. For example, you must not, and must not attempt to, use the Services to do the following things:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
• Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network
• Plant malware or use the Services to distribute malware
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

The UnitVerse App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UnitVerse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

Our Services allow you to store conversion history, create custom units, and save preferences. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.

When you upload, submit, store, or send content to our Services, you give UnitVerse a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete the application from your device.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

UnitVerse provides conversion calculations for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the precision of conversion results. Critical calculations should be verified with authoritative sources.

In no event shall UnitVerse, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
